Chicago: Day 3

(backdating this post to the appropriate day, even though I’m posting on the 23rd)

- Spend most of the day in seminars, nothing to mention that you all would find interesting.

- Standing in line for lunch, resist the urge to correct two fellow geeks on the finer details of Army of Darkness.

- Pay $10 for the novelty of a shoe shine. Worth every penny.

- Note that the good ones are always wearing rings. (Women, that is.)

- Decide that, despite my having a cold and the weather being shitty and it already being dark out, I’m going to walk out to Millennium Park and have a look around any-damn-way.

- Take lots of pictures of “the chrome bean.”
