The Year in Pictures - 5/5

Faces

My friend, 37, and I, 32, were among the oldest folks at the Spider-Man screening. I guess most people our age either 1) don’t want to bother seeing a movie at midnight on a Thursday night, or 2) can’t get the next day off. Whichever reason might have kept the old fogies in, it’s a shame. Stuff like this helps keep you young, dontcha know.

It’s funny, little kids always thing you gain more freedom as you get older, but as it turns out… not really.

My friend and I also noted that we were seemingly born about ten years too early, as the place was loaded with cute early-to-mid-twenties women, and we both agreed that you’d never have seen such a thing at a midnight showing of a comic book move ten years ago.
