Another candidate for my future home (the one on the bottom). Haven’t seen the inside yet, but I like the neighborhood.

    My suggestion is see who lives it the upstairs unit too. From my days as an apartment dweller, it is a little too late to back out when you have signed the lease (or in your case the title/deed) and you find the upstairs people act like a herd of stampeeding elephants with their rap music blasting full force. Check the place out at night…… Just a suggestion.
