Since most folks at least temporarily keep them in their wallet/purse with their money, why isn’t the American standard size for an ATM receipt the same size as a dollar bill?

    Whether it should or not….there is no standard between different ATMs. While it might make some customers happy to have a bill-size receipt, it would cost money to implement. It’s very difficult to convince companies to spend money without an obvious revenue resulting.

    You’re already making do with the current receipts…
